lovely Walmart in Houston Texas. got all my Christmas stuff for next year. 75% off stores at home. none of them had good sales as this one, I got tinsel Garland lights. my Christmas party treats, Christmas cards, wrapping paper, loaves and loaves of stuff and I didn't even spend over $50

Five stars. I loved shopping there on my recent trip. I got stuck with no internet and one of the staff Raquel helped log on my wifi to help me get an uber. She went over and above. Thanks Raquel

I’ve been using this Walmart for years, both in-store and online, and it’s always a great experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate — everything is consistently in the same spot, which makes shopping quick and stress-free. The restrooms are kept clean, and the customer service is excellent. It’s always easy to find someone — whether it’s an associate or a manager — who’s willing to help you locate an item or answer a question. The only faulty thing would be they’re never being anybody at the register and every register usually down or closed or sometimes on some occasion everybody isn’t there to help you, but that’s why I just started doing online orders that’s why I i rated it 4/5 for me. Returns are straightforward and hassle-free, and even when I order groceries online, the pickup process is smooth. If there’s ever a mistake with my order, it’s handled quickly, whether online or in-store. From pet products to home essentials, I can always count on finding what I need. This neighborhood Walmart is reliable, convenient, and one I genuinely enjoy shopping at.

Horrible experience with Walmart pickup. They loaded broken eggs into my car, which leaked everywhere, all over the bags and other items. It was obvious the eggs were already broken, yet no one said anything or replaced them. Now my car smells like rotten eggs and needs professional detailing, costing me around $300. This was completely avoidable and shows a lack of care. This experience at this Walmart is the reason I will never shop at Walmart again.

Worst customer service I've experienced at a Walmart. Came to purchase some medication. I was skipped in line by the person at the register in the pharmacy. No problem really. But at least say hello, how are you today, anything. Literally watched her address someone else and I just had a question. Needless to say I chose to go to another pharmacy instead. (CVS) Went to customer service to return the item I purchased about 5 minutes prior. 1st customer service lady was very nice. I came in with the wrong receipt but she was so nice about conveying i would need the correct receipt. 1 min later i Came back with the correct receipt and returned the item. Second lady inspecting the return as if I was lying. The 1st c s. Lady stepped up to say she had alrwady checked everything. I asked the new lady if I could have the dollar bill instead of the cash as she handed me the dollars and coin change. (90 cents). IHer response was I cant open the drawer again after I shut it. This makes no sense. If she didnt give me the correct change she would be able to open the register then. Simple opportunity to be a helpful customer service employee. I coach customer service with several companies. I have to say, most people need more training when holding said positions. That would also mean the management would have to promote this mindset.
