Weed Man Lawn Care

I’ve been using Weed Man Lawn Care for over 3 years. My yard was not in good shape when I started using them. At first, I had called TruGreen and they simply wanted to set me up on a schedule WITHOUT coming out to see my yard and take the time to talk with me. Tim, with Weed Man DID take the time to come out, look at my lawn and discuss a plan of action with me. Some people expect to have their yard treated once and all is ok. The reality is, it takes time to get a damaged yard back into shape. Kind of like loosing weight. It took time to put it on and it takes time to loose it. I now have the nicest yard in my neighborhood. I highly recommend using Weed Man Lawn Care. They are professional, polite and easy to communicate with.

We have been using Weed Man for about 4 years now and our lawn went from a just sodded lawn to a gorgeous lawn. Tim and has team are always on top of any issues that arise and truly enjoy what they are doing. Our lawn has grown so full that our in-ground sprinklers are too short! A good problem to have and easily fixed! We have received several comments from neighbors on how well our lawn has done and just how good it looks. Thanks Tim and team!

In FRIENDSWOOD after the floods, my yard was covered with unknown weeds. Some look like miniature trees. I contacted Weed Man and signed up for one year service and there was such great improvement. I signed up for the second year and now my yard is something I am very proud of. My yard will be a great selling point when that time arrives>.

I appreciate their level of communication and how the services and recommendations are tailored for your specific yard. We have large trees so when we purchased our house, the grass was dying, dead, or non existent. Now we have healthy green grass and still have the large trees. I receive a text when they plan on coming and am notified if anything changes.

I had extremely high hopes for this service based on previous reviews I had read. I was extremely disappointed in more than one way. First of all, I was initially signed up from the wrong location. So they only did one visit and then I was told that they couldn't do anymore because the person that signed me up did the wrong weed man location for my area that I live in. So I had to cancel the service and then resign up from the beginning because of their error. Secondly the guy in charge or any of the branches for that matter don't even have any kind of schedule or routine of how and when they treat your lawn. It's very apparent early on that they just show up whenever it's convenient. I don't expect the service to solve the issues with my lawn overnight, but the treatments that I did receive seemed to do nothing to improve the situation. When my wife and I were fed up with the lack of communication, we decided to cancel and the person in charge didn't even try to fight for our business. That was the nail in the coffin and told me all I need to know about this company. I would say use any other lawn service, even pay the extra for a company like TruGreen for the reliability.
