Absolutely wonderful experience! Took both of my girls for a bath, brush, deshed and teeth brushing. Quick, easy and extremely accommodating! They took extra special care of my Pomsky on her birthday too and from the looks of it, both of my pups have had quite a fun day! Will definitely recommend to family and friends, and will be back soon! Thank you guys :)

Celebrated my furbabies 9th birthday, and Woof Gang Bakery did exactly as I had told them for her cake. This was my second time ordering from them, and they never disappoint. Thank you!

I can't help but express my disappointment after our recent visit for a mini groom. Despite the clear instructions for a trim of the eye/visor, feet, and sanitary area, my puppy ended up with an unexpected and unsightly full cut on her face. Additionally, the groomer decided on a poodle leg cut without any request for such. Despite addressing the issue with politeness, no refund or discount was offered. James, though always kind, didn't rectify the situation as expected. Future customers, beware and be extremely specific in your instructions to avoid similar experiences. Ive included the before and after pictures for a visual representation of the discrepancy.

I'll never set foot in this store again. I'm a new puppy owner with a new Goldendoodle puppy. This was Daisy's first time being groomed. They "poodled my doodle"!! I didn't even realize that was a thing until now. If you have a poodle, maybe this is the place for you. But, if you have a doodle (and want it to continue looking like a doodle) stay clear. Apparently, inexperienced groomers do this frequently. Being a new puppy owner, I didn't know and just trusted them to groom her properly because they were supposed to be professionals. Lesson learned! Thank goodness it will grow back. Hopefully, she will look like a doodle again in 3-4 months.

I am so sad my first experience with this store is very bad. We just moved the neighborhood and checked the reviews. Everything seemed ok for us and we left our toy poodle for whole grooming. Besides the haircut was very very short without getting approval. The major issue is besides short haircut, there are deep open spots in his ears. Our puppy’s ears have very unprofessional deep haircut, like you can see his bare skin! I feel so bed when I see each time his ears and can’t stop thinking did they hurt him while grooming this deep or is he still having pains!!!
