We love Lindsay! She always gets my girl Lili right. We used to go to petco but I felt like they didn’t treat my dog well enough there so we tried Woof Gang and this has been my second grooming experience and we will continue coming here. I feel like Lindsay goes above and beyond and she is someone I completely trust with my pup! I asked her for red nails for Santa pics and my girl came through with red and green nails!! Thank you Lindsay.

If we could, we would give you a 6 Paw-some Star Rating! Woof Gang @ West U is our go to place for Wilson's bath time. We find it very convenient and no more bending and sore back for Mom for less than $17. The wash area is clean, stocked with shampoo and other bath and grooming supplies, has fresh towels and there are cute aprons for the pet parents. The staff is lovely, friendly, welcoming and always helpful =) Plus, there is always that feeling of warmth with the smell of freshly baked goody treats for the fur babies. Thank you, Evie and Team Woof Gang West U for taking care of our Wilson!!!

My Maggydoodle loves it here 🙏🏼💕💕💕 Everyone at Woof Gang always takes such good care of my dog, and she can be a little reactive sometimes so it means a lot to me that she has literal friends here at Woof Gang who care for her!!! Evie the manager is SUPER helpful and knowledgeable about the store and services they provide, the store is always in great condition, my Maggy loves all of the treats she’s tried from here and the prices are pretty reasonable for how great the services are!! If you are in the West U area, make sure to stop by and check out Woof Gang!!! 😍🙏🏼🤞🏼🥰💕💕💕

On last Friday (10-24), I visited this location with my 1 year old Yorkie, Paris Williams. I called this location to see if they had any appointments available via phone because the booking calendar was booked for that day. The scheduler told me to go ahead and bring Paris in, I then explained that my previous groomer, Brittany cut her ponytail when I requested her not to. Due to this, I was being scheduled with Ericka. After arriving, I gave a thorough description of what I wanted Paris’ final look to be. I explained that I personally put Paris’ hair in buns/ponytail’s, so I wanted the top of her hair to be lightly trimmed. I explained that the last groomer cut her ponytail etc. She vocalized that she understood my concerns. We then went to the blade pallet, which details the size of clippers to be used and selected 2 different sizes. I truly believed that on both sides, there was full understanding of what to be expected. Later, I get the pick up text for Paris and to my surprise at my arrival, Paris’ ponytail is cut all the way down to a very low hair cut. Ericka hands Paris to me so quickly, I had to put Paris down to thoroughly look at her. I then asked for Paris’ own harness and leash, because she had given me another dog’s harness and leash. I received her belonging and as I looked at Paris, I’m now getting irritated, because all of my baby’s pretty hair is cut! I almost walked out of the salon dissatisfied without saying anything, but I worked very hard to grow Paris’ ponytail. The cashier then alerted Ericka. Ericka was very dismissive of my concerns, she said, “I didn’t hear nothing like that.” She then walked to the back without an apology or anything. The cashier asked if I wanted a refund. I then state, “I really do not want to be unreasonable and request a full refund, we can do the $10 scissor cut.” The cashier asked me 2/3 times if I wanted a full refund, and at that time I wanted a full refund; only, because of Ericka’s attitude. I told the cashier that if it was not for Ericka’s attitude, I would only be asking for the $10 scissor cut back. I received a full refund. However, after arriving at home I noticed Paris licking her chest area vigorously. I thought that maybe one of the blade’s nipped her a little bit and didn’t think much of it, because it was a little red. I now see that it was not just a little nip and Paris was really cut by the blade. The bottom line is, I did not get the results that I wanted and my baby Paris was injured during her visit, nor was I notified. If I can partner with management so that footage can be reviewed of Paris’ visit it would be greatly appreciated. The footage below is view of Paris’ neck, where she was scalped. Thanks.

I bought three dog doughnuts from this store to celebrate my puppy’s first birthday. After eating just one, he developed severe vomiting and green diarrhea that lasted for two days. I had to throw the remaining doughnuts away. The diarrhea was so sudden and severe that he couldn’t signal in time to go outside, which is very unlike him. This completely ruined what was meant to be a happy occasion and caused my puppy real distress. I’m extremely disappointed that a well-known store would sell products that appear spoiled or unsafe. I have been a loyal customer since I first got my puppy, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
