That morning I called with a serious pest problem. No other pest business would provide us the immediate attention we needed ASAP. After explaining the problem to Mr. Dwayne came out immediately that same morning. He is Professional, a Customer Service Expert & Specialist, Understanding, Compassionate, Outstanding & Genuine (human being we can learn from). His proficient actions & mastery in pest control displayed an Angel sent to us from Heaven. He expeditously handled the problem with promises to follow up. Their cost was more reasonable than other quotes received. The more expensive/costly pest businesses were not avaliable for days. We're Estactic & exceptionally satisfied & you will be too.
