Arrow Termite & Pest Control of Houston South

We recently purchased a new Beazer home and were advised that Arrow Termite and Pest Control was provided by my builder for the first year. Luis was our technician and did an outstanding job of providing service and answering all our questions. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Luis or with Arrow. Dimitri Mock was a fantastic technician. We recently moved and this was our first service in our new house. He really took his time to treat any possible problem areas and address our concerns. He was extremely thorough, friendly and polite. We’ve been with Arrow for 12-15 years and he was one of the best technicians we’ve had. Great job and makes me glad to be a longtime customer.

Another amazing job by Dimitri and his new trainee Hayden. Dimitri and Hayden went above and beyond to take care of the inside of my house, my outdoor kitchen/bathroom area and my garage for pest control. They also completed my termite certificate and were able to add on my mosquito treatment today even though it meant returning later in the day. Dimitri goes out of his way to accommodate us, he is so careful around our pets and he treats our house with so much respect. Dimitri is also doing an amazing job of training Hayden who is so professional, kind and polite just like Dimitri. Arrow, you are so blessed to have Dimitri and now Hayden on your team and we are beyond blessed to have them caring for our home.

Hayden did an excellent job in explaining everything and thoroughly cleaning all my soffits and getting rid of any webbing I had. He did a great job even before showing up. He called in advance to make sure I was at home which I really appreciate because I wasn’t and so he rescheduled for me without any issues. I appreciate him calling before coming out which gave me time to make sure I was home to put up my dog. Thanks Hayden!

We signed up for the year (Once every 3 months) insect extermination. Our first encounter with Arrow was a pleasant one. The service man was polite and listened to our questions and concerns. However we continued to have a problem with an excessive amount of bugs one month after service and we were told we could get someone out to retreat but we received no answer when we contacted them requesting a retreat. A few days ago we had someone come for our second service. It was a different service man and he was not at all like the first. We asked that he put granules in the grass around our house instead of spraying the grass as it was going to rain soon and we were reassured that he would sweep the eves to get all the spiders webs. He was done in five minutes and only spread granules EVERYWHERE. Even on our back porch and across our door where it is routine to sprays as the granules will never dissolve from the rain and only get tracked in every time someone comes in the house. He also didn’t sweep the eves. When I called customer service the following day so ask for someone to come fix it they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and they couldn’t let us out of our contract with us paying for the full year. I’m very disappointed in their services and will not be renewing with them.
