These guys are awesome. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and accommodating she spent a good amount of time finding a precise time that would work for me and worked around my schedule. Jesus R. was the technician that came out. He was on time and had a great personality. He was very informative and explained everything he was doing. He was careful about not tracking dirt into my house (wore those little booties). He was also very friendly to my children as well. I would definitely recommend this company and request this technician as well.

I've been using Certified for a few years now and we've recently a new technician has started servicing our property and Brandon is abosolutley the best technician that I've ever had. His customer service is AMAZING. He is informative and very attentive. You can tell he truly cares about his doing a great job.

We have used them for over 1 year and they come out quarterly. Recently, they have gone downhill. They came and a few days later, I noticed black ant-like bugs around the office. I called and they told me that they were going to send someone out the next day. The next day came and no one came. I called back and they rescheduled the appointment. No one came to the second appointment either. I called into cancel and they told me that they couldn't cancel commercial accounts and that I would have to talk to a manager. They told me the manager would call me within 24-hours. No one called me back within 24-hours so I called back 2 days later and they finally let me cancel the account. Overall, their policy of satisfaction guaranteed and money-back guarantee is inaccurate.
