Coastal Fumigators

We have used Coastal for several years. They are always on time, courteous and informative on our quarterly treatments. Boris is our technician and we are lucky to have him.

Tenting fumigation isn't at the top of the list of things a homeowner wants to do, but when all else fails or is likely to fail, it is a great relief to know that Coastal Fumigators has a solution to address challenging and entrenched pest control issues. We would like to thank Keith, Mariana, Jacques, and Denny--as well as the skillful crew that set up and removed the tent--for all of their hard work and professionalism throughout the entire process.

The staff are very courteous, prompt, and do a professional job. The techs explain everything before starting the job. They were very careful not to disturb the drainage and sprinkler systems. I highly recommend this company to handle any termite issues.

I highly recommend this business! I’ve seen their entire process from beginning to end and can say with confidence their fumigation crew is a group of highly skilled men who are second to none! The professionalism of their entire staff is excellent. Great company!

So we'll see what happens... In 2022 in August we had our home fumigated by coastal fumigators. Now two years later, after paying hundreds per year to keep their warranty...even though I have a picture of the shed being under the tent (see in photo attached) and the service manager, before it was tented had me buy a lock for the shed, and the majority of the termites were in and came from the shed; coastal fumigators is telling me that: "it does look like we fumigated the shed but it isn't actually covered by the service agreement.". And they don't want to stand by this warranty that we have to pay for yearly to keep, now that the termites in the shed have come roaring back. I will finish this review after I have once again talked to the service manager and see how they work out this particularly interesting situation. Okay, so when the service manager came out and took a look, he told me that it was a mistake in the warranty paperwork that the shed wasn't included. They have now fixed the paperwork and they're going to take care of the situation and get rid of the termites that have come back. So this changes a lot. I appreciate that they're standing by their commitment, I'm not sure how that was missed on the paperwork for the warranty, but, be that as it may, they have taken care of me and I am happy, and looking forward to the finishing of this episode. It ended well. They came out and after I prepared the area around the shed again, about 8 hrs of work, they kept their promises and Re fumigated the shed and: Alls well that ends well. 🤠
