Mr. Claude was awesome! Lots of fun to talk to, and super transparent and efficient with the job. Handled the crazy swarm of half killer bee and half honeybee amazingly.

Gotcha pest control is the best there is! Liz is very efficient in communicating with me on scheduling and addressing my concerns to John (the exterminator). John was so very patient and friendly. He was very knowledgeable on my issues and stayed at my house until the pests were all dead. I've had my second follow up and since then, my house has finally started to feel like a home again! Thank you so much for all you guys have done for my family and I.

Susie came out, explained the process and everything. She got to work protecting our home and assured me of all our concerns. Two weeks later one of the traps in the garage caught a ribbon snake. Claude came out asap to take care of the poor snake and freed it safely into the lakes. Great service and protection for our home. I’ve used other services in the past, not so great. Do not hire Gotcha to get rid of rats! I live in a condo that is attached to 5 other units. The HOA hired this company to seal the six units. They came out and threw poison in the main unit that was the problem and then sealed the building! They did a 3 day follow up and said the rats were gone. I have cameras in my attic and there are at least 4 rats every night and a dead one in a bedroom closet wall that smells so bad I can’t use it. I have had the carpets cleaned and a leak detection company out and all say it is a rat. I had one in my inside air conditioning unit that must have been looking for water. Marc Anthony was helpful at first and would come out a few times I called him but the company has ghosted me. I have left several messages. That is a rat tail hanging out of my inside unit after the leak detection guy closed it up. It has been a nightmare!
