We had a great experience with our technician Cedrick . He arrived right on time, which we really appreciated. Before starting any work, he took the time to clearly explain the process and what to expect, which helped us feel informed and at ease. He also offered helpful tips on what we can do next to fully resolve the issue. Throughout the visit, he was very professional, courteous, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. His expertise and approachable manner made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We would definitely like for him to be the technician who returns for our second treatment follow-up. I was impressed from the get-go with Rene’s knowledge and patience with all my questions over the phone about the ant problem at my parents’ house. Scheduling was quick and prices are very fair. Our technician, Dalin, was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind, and gave me confidence that the treatment would finally yield the results we want. Unfortunately, he discovered that we also have a termite problem, but was kind to help connect us to a fumigator. I will 100% be sticking to this family-owned local business that uses safe products for our kiddos and pets!

Fantastic experience with Green Balance Pest Control, Rene explained everything to me and answered all my questions when I contacted them to set up a recurring service. Dalin, one of their technicians came the same day, explained the process after his initial inspection. He even treated our attic which my former company has never done. Dalin was extremely thorough while performing the treatment inside and outside. I booked the mosquito service on top of it and he placed 2 “mosquito traps” in the backyard. It has only been 10 days since then but I see a lot less activity around the house. I am super happy that I chose Green Balance. Rene and Dalin are super friendly and make you feel you are family. Green balance pest control came today for the first time and they were very profesional and knowledgeable. Their products are safe and green. We love that they clean the whole house with a special broom to make sure they take all spiders webs and then the spray their liquids to keep bugs away. I highly recommend them.

Dalin and his team were great all around. They absolutely slayed the infection issue i had and were extremely polite and punctual along the way. What stood out about them the most though was how they thoroughly explaied everything to me and made sure I walked away with the knowledge needed to avoid getting to this level of pest invasion again.
