I hope this never happens to anyone else, but if it does happen again, Bugs Or Us is who I will return to. Never in a million years did I think I'd get a bed bug infestation, but I found out that bed bugs are equal opportunity destroyers. They don't care what your status is in life, they will wreak havoc on their unsuspecting victims. I must have asked the office staff, Sherri and Ariana thousands of questions, dozens of times thinking I must be driving them nuts, but they have always been extremely courteous to me. Both Jose and Zerian, the inspectors who came out have been on top of this from the beginning with quick follow-up.
