Jacob is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Based on the odor and the footprints, he quickly identified squirrels as the source of the attic noise. Even though the appointment was delayed by a few days, he arrived in the morning, set up an effective cage trap and successfully caught a squirrel that same afternoon. After Eric removed the squirrel, the team continued to monitor the attic for several more days. Once no further activity was detected, Jacob sealed the entry point, resolving the issue. Killum Service was professional and truly impressive.
