Jeff came to inspect our house today, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He took pictures of all the areas where the critters could be getting in. At the end of the visit, he didn’t ask for any payment. He was incredibly transparent that, since we already have a go-to roof and air conditioning guy, we would be overpaying to have Omega provide all the repairs. Incredible employee and left an amazing impression of the company. Will absolutely be recommending to all our friends and neighbors.

I contacted Omega on the weekend. I requested services and got a response within 30 minutes. They scheduled someone to come out that next week. Jeff came and he was very knowledgeable about rodents and how they enter the home and the damage they can do. He gave me a plan and always showed up on time. Great customer service. They came back to do the repairs. Both Jeff and the guy that worked with him very very nice and professional. I would recommend Omega for any of your rodent control needs.

Jeff and his team are phenomenal! I had raccoons in my attic. As a first time home buyer, this was my first major problem since buying my home that caused many sleepless nights.
