Brought our cats today to get spayed. Have used SNAP’s spay/neuter services as well as preventative, microchip and flea treatments since 2020. Everyone is always very kind, friendly, explained things in detail and are available for questions or concerns. This visit we were helped by, Christian. He was thorough on what to expect post-procedure as well as services provided. One of our babies is a rescue and we found out she might have a hernia that would need repair. He was up front to let us know that if I needed/could be fixed we would be notified and how much it would cost, as well as alternative recommendations or treatment if it was not a hernia. Luckily our rescue is okay. I cannot recommend them enough. Fair prices and excellent service.

I love coming here because it’s the most affordable spay/neuter clinic within a 2 hour radius and they also see you sooner than any other clinic. And the staff is wonderful!!! I love it so much that I’ve been here about 10 times already to spay/neuter my cats throughout many years. Know that you will be in traffic so look at the GPS for the day and time that you need to be there to plan ahead. Here is what you need to know about CATS’ spay/neuter.. -This clinic will charge $85 for male cats, $100 for female cats. Most places charge between $150-$300 whether it’s male or female. -This clinic can have available appointments in 2-3weeks! Most places have available appointments in about 2 months. -This clinic only asks for a $25 deposit. Most places ask for a $90 deposit. -You will need to bring valid rabies certificate IF you have one, or can pay $28 per cat for rabies vaccine during visit which is more affordable than other places. -Cats must be in a secure carrier. -You can book online to see the soonest appointment/fill out some quick paperwork about the cat. If you need help or have multiple cats to book, you can call the phone number on their website for assistance. (Sometimes they answer but they do reach back out when you leave a voicemail) When you arrive you will have to wait because there will be a lot of pets getting surgeries the same day. Please arrive between 7:10-8:30am, or they may not take your pet. I have seen people be sent home because they arrived at 8:45am. Wait times are usually 30 minutes to 1 hour and this time last time, it was 1 hour and 15 minutes. You check in, wait for your pet’s name to be called. When you are in the room to drop your pet off they will ask you if you want to add any additional services, which are the best prices around but they’re not necessary and these prices can quickly turn your visit up to $200 per cat. If you are interested in the additional services like microchip/other vaccines, ASK them how much is it before you agree to it because they won’t say it. What is necessary is the rabies vaccine which is $28 (if you didn’t bring in valid rabies certificate) AND what else is necessary is already included in the $85-$100 price, which is the surgery and pain vaccine. Cats do not need the cone/dislike the cone. Cats can start to act normal after 24 hours. After dropping off your pet, you will wait in the lobby again until they call your pet’s name so you can pay for the surgery. Then you can leave. If they don’t have many surgeries scheduled or your pet is ready to pick up sooner, they will call or text you for the option to pick them up sooner. If they don’t, you can come in 4:05-5:30pm to pick up your cat. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PET. There is no staying overnight option.

Very compassionate intake staff and exceptional vet. As a walk in, I was surprised how quickly they organized exam, shots, and the vet spent decent amount of time (did not feel like assembly line at the regular vet's office) asking questions and examining the dog. While in the waiting room, the technician walked in to update on how soon we would be seeing the vet. I am sad they had to put up a sign not to use profane language bc it must have happened to them frequently enough. They are doing the most with the least and actually saving a lot of animals by making the care affordable. The areas were very clean. The intake clerk was very focused and efficient. I respect what they do and how they do their work.

This particular company did not show any compassion on the day of our dogs surgery and by the way, this surgery was strongly recommended by this particular company and location. We waited a month for this appointment once we got there at 6:30 in the morning the doctor did not arrive until nine only to inform us that at the procedure has been declined this because this particular doctor was not Comfortable. The smart and considerate thing would’ve been is to study your caseload before hand and inform that person before taking off from work and driving to another city to have this done. I spoke to a manager named John Street, which took me a while to get a hold of because there is so much cover-up going on, and in the beginning during our conversation, he tried to justify for this doctor when there is no justification he also assured me that he will contact me after Thanksgiving holidays to reschedule our dog and have somebody else that was more competent and comfortable to do so. That was the week before Thanksgiving. I have not heard from Mr. Street Not only are you unreliable, but your word means nothing.
