I needed both a fireplace and dryer vent clean on a newly purchased home. The day of service Domingo called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and could be early if that worked for me. He was very polite, very thorough, very professional, and very customer-oriented. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend this company. They are good people.

I’ve used SOS-ASAP for several years and have had excellent service. The technicians are always polite and respectful. They have a very earth friendly spray to keep the snakes away and the product works. The customer service is 10 Stars!

SOS ASAP were very friendly and concerned with my problem over the phone. They offered to rush someone over same day for a fee or come next day for no fee. When they came, the gentleman was well dressed, clean cut, very polite, and thorough with his inspection. He was honest about his findings and was not trying to oversell me. I really appreciated his honesty about the situation and will definitely contact them in the future! Thank you!

I initially had work done by the company and they were great. After I got my pest control problem handled initially they told me they warrantied their work. When I needed a piece reapplied they made me 3 different appointments and the company kept missing them. After reaching out to see what was wrong I was told they “no longer service in my area” and nothing could be done for me. Would’ve happily paid them to fix what else I needed done but it felt like they just were worried they’d have to fix it for free and just didn’t want to send anyone out.

Used them in the past for squirrels in my attic and they were great, was told the work was under warranty if they came back. Unfortunately squirrels are back and when reaching out to the company they seemed to dodge all contact from my husband and I. When we finally got ahold of them they came out to do an inspection and never came back just to tell us they no longer service our area after coming out to our area…..I would just like the work done warranty or not.
