Steve with Texan Inspection Services was great. He showed up on time for both pre-insulation and final inspection. Steve was very thorough and went over in detail with me his findings and explained the report in detail. He included every model number and serial number in the report which made it very easy to register the appliances and HVAC system. I highly recommend using TIS if you are purchasing a home.

I scheduled a home inspection through their website. The process was very easy. Steve McCaddon arrived exactly on time for my appointment, introduced himself and provided me with his business card. He explained briefly the process before beginning. He was very thorough spending over 2 hours and created a report detailing everything and included pictures of all the problem areas. Before leaving he walked me through the report on his computer. Once I paid for the inspection later via their link provided to me in a email I could then open another link and download the report. So easy! Very impressed with the entire process!

Steve McCaddon was the inspector for the home we were buying. He was prompt, polite and very thorough. He was very diligent and took his time to explain all his findings to us.
